Reader Insert-Become Prussia

You moaned as you awake from your bed. You don't want to go to school… All you want to do is go back to sleep. But, you have to go to school or else it'll ruin your perfect attendance! But, there's something weird about today…
Your mom always wakes you up. You can't just get up on your own or else you'll sleep in! Did that mean… You overslept? That's impossible! She's been waking you up since fifth grade!

This is getting weird.

You decide to investigate and get out of bed. As you get out of your bed, you feel a bit… Different. Like, you feel taller or something? Well, you're pretty out of it, so you just go to the direction of your door. You still have a bit of sleep in your eyes, so you can't exactly see where you're going. But, your door's always open and you have quite a small room, so there's only one place to go, and that was out the door. Now to see what's going on about this-

BAM!

You collide into a wall.

"UGH!", you scream and topple backward a bit. You then trip over some clothes and topple to the ground. You groan in pain… What exactly happened..? You weren't in your room, that was obvious. Were you at a friend's house and forgot you were there?
No… It's a school day. Your parents wouldn't do that. This was getting really weird now. Suddenly, you hear tromping from outside of the room. Suddenly, a blonde man bursts out the door behind you (Wait, door?). "Bruder! Vhat happened?! Are you okay?!", he shouts to you. You scramble up on your feet and turn to him quickly. "U-uh…", you stutter as you look at him from head to toe.

You can't believe who you're seeing right now.

"OHMIGOD!!!", you scream, tackled him to the ground and hugged him (A glomp :3). "B-BRUDER!!! VAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
You instantly reply, "I'MHUGGINGYOUGERMANYYOU'RESOAWESOOMMMMEEEE!!!"
That's when you noticed something. Your voice is not your own… It is now rough and very familiar… But, who gives a crap at a moment like this? Germany finally pushes you off and jolts up from the ground. "Vat ver you DOING?!", he snaps at you. Now, you feel kind of sad… You hate being yelled at. Especially at one of your favorite anime characters… "S-sorry…", you apologize, "I just have only seen you in the anime on on the manga…"

Germany raises an eyebrow. "Vat are you talking about? Are you just playing around vith me, East?"

Now, you're coming back to your senses. Why's he calling you 'brother' and East? Wait a sec… Germany only calls Prussia that. You aren't Prussia! You're just fifteen! This makes no sense. Time to ask Germany what's going on (Even though he'll not know either).

"Germany,", you begin, "I'm not Prussia! I'm just a fifteen year old girl (Sorry if you're a guy. You can still read, if ya want.)!", This is coming out really weird, hearing Prussia say this. You have to stop yourself from cracking up at your new voice, so you just bit your lip. Prussia's lip? This is REALLY confusing, now…

Germany goes up to you. "Who are you, zen?"

"I'm _______.", you reply. Then, you jolt up. If this is really happening… You gotta see your face. Prussia's face..? You find a dresser (That's covered with clothes) with a mirror. You shoot up to it and gaze into it. Two red eyes stared at back at you. It was like looking at another person… Only it's you. The more you look at yourself, the more scared you get. With your body (Prussia's body?) filled with fear, you collapse onto the floor.

You've fainted.
