Once you followed Karkat back home, he stomped into your room and slammed the door shut. You tried to open it, but he had locked it. "Karkat, open the door! Please!" you called, knocking on the door. "NO!! I'M NOT GETTING OUT!! I HATE THIS FUCKING PLANET AND EVERYTHING IN IT!!" Karkat snapped back.

"Calm down, Karkat!!"
"SHUT UP, FUCKASS!!"

You were quiet.

"KNOW WHAT?! FUCK YOU, _______!!! YOU'RE A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A FUCKING HUMAN ON THIS PLANET!! I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU!! YOU'RE WORTHLESS!! AND WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY RETURN TO ALTERNIA, I'LL GIVE YOU A-"

"KARKAT, SHUT THE FUCK UP RIGHT NOW AND GET OUT HERE!!" you shout.

You had never raised your voice before. And you never knew you had it in you. You were definitely stunned, and Karkat was a little stunned as well. The whole apartment was quiet after that.
After a while, Karkat opened the door and stepped out. "_______… Why did that bitch call you all that?" he asked.

You sighed. It was about time for him to know what you were going through. So, you told him. About school, about Taylor, even about why you lived alone. He actually seemed really… Understanding. He wasn't yelling and interrupting or anything. Just listening to your story.
Once you were done, Karkat looked you in the eye.

"So, that's what had been happening to you your whole life?" he asked.
You nodded.
He was quiet for a little, then spoke again. "I can't believe that… Why the hell would some bitch come along and fuck with your life like that? I mean… Ugh, it makes me sick."
He turned away and glared down at the floor. "Karkat… I'm sorry I made you go to my school today. I actually wanted someone to be with me there for once. Someone who wouldn't abandon me, is all. Sorry…" you said. He glanced up again, then replied, "It's understandable, so don't fucking apologize."

You smiled. "Thanks, Karkat."
One all of that was over, you went into the kitchen to make some sandwiches for the two of you. Looking over, you could see Karkat petting Silver while about to watch The Real Housewives.
Now that you think about, those ladies really are spoiled little bitches…
